About

From Midlothian
to Midland.

Cincero Homes is based in DFW, and we build all over Texas.

I started in 2014 as a fix-and-flipper. Taking apart houses other people had given up on and putting them back together teaches you how a house really works, and what it costs when it’s built wrong. In 2016 I built my first homes from the ground up. Since then I’ve built more than 120 of them.

Along the way I’ve taken on just about everything a house can ask for: walkout basements, 15-foot piers and soil injections where the ground wouldn’t cooperate, rooftop terraces, home cinemas, workout rooms, and wine cellars. Right now I’m building two homes with airplane hangars. I’ve demolished burned-out structures, rebuilt entire condos, and built duplexes and small multifamily.

That range matters to you. When you tell me what you want your home to be, chances are I’ve built something like it, or something harder.

Built personal

A home should say something
about the people in it.

A lot of builders call their homes custom. Too often that means a short list of options: two tile types, two paint colors, pick one. We start somewhere else, with what the house means to you. Who is going to live here? How do you want to live? What should it feel like when you pull into the driveway? Those answers shape the decisions, and you’re part of making them.

Supply you can count on

The materials show up.

We have the largest Home Depot Pro account in DFW, access to exclusive design studios, and a deep list of vendors. That network kept our supplies coming even through the COVID shutdown, and it keeps your project moving now.
